It was definitely 4 stars for me: staff and rooms were beautiful. There were climate control, an iron and an electronic key card in the room, enjoyed that.

I had a very comfortable stay here, great value. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was willing to help. The property was near Toronto downtown. The pool was brilliant and the garden — green.
Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Spotless, big bed, marvellous location. The place was within walking distance of Toronto heart of the city. Simple check in & the service was welcoming. Furthermore, I was offered wifi throughout the property, which allowed me to work from the hotel.

Perfectly fine place to stay while travelling around Toronto. Everything was amazing, well experienced staff made our stay lovely. They recommended a small restaurant for dinner. Pool with the ocean view was great. Plus their wifi was reliable.

The location and facilities were ideal, we loved this very fair hotel. The bonus was English room decor and cosy bar. A short walk to queen metro station, some 5 minutes walk.
Unfortunately wi-fi was rather slow. Well, the views were uninspiring here.
